MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS FOR ADHESIVE WEIGHTS
Make sure that the ambient, rim and balancing weight temperature is minimum 15 ºC before the application. Clean the rim surface with an appropriate cleaning agent to remove possible dirt, dust and oil.
Remove the protective film without touching the adhesive surface after detecting the point of imbalance on the rim.
Stick the balancing weight adjusting the half point of it to the imbalance point.
Lastly, press the weight from the center to the edge on the rim. Make sure that the pressure is minimum 1 kg per cm².
MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS FOR KNOCK-ON WEIGHTS
Use the balance hammer / plier for the assembly and disassembly of the knock-on balancing weights.
After choosing the appropriate weight for the rim type, place it on the spot detected on the edge of rim and fix it with the balance hammer.
Do not hit too much on the clip with the hammer during assembly. This will help protecting the coating of the product.
To disassemble, insert the pointed end of the balance pliers into the hole in the clip and remove it by tightening.
